Terms of Service

Plain-language summary of how Tenway works, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. The legally binding details — prices, refund procedure, jurisdiction — live in the Russian Public Offer; privacy details live in the Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance

By using Tenway you agree to these Terms together with the Privacy Policy. If anything here doesn't work for you — don't use the service.

Minimum user age is 16. Users aged 14–16 may register with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. What Tenway is

Tenway is a subscription service that pairs you with nine other humans walking a similar path, plus an AI coach that helps you stay focused. Feature set depends on your subscription tier (current pricing on /pricing).

Tenway is not psychotherapy and is not a substitute for legal, medical, or financial advice. The AI coach is a thinking tool, not a professional recommendation.

3. What we expect from you

  • provide truthful registration data;
  • do not use the service for spam, harassment, threats, or any bad-faith activity;
  • do not commercialize the service without written permission from the operator (for example, do not resell coaching sessions through your account);
  • do not bypass service limits, attempt to compromise security, extract other users' data, or load the infrastructure with automated requests;
  • inside a Ten — engage respectfully and participate honestly in peer features.

Violating these rules is grounds for account suspension without refund for the unused period.

4. Subscription and billing

  • Current plans and prices on /pricing and in section 5 of the Offer (Russian).
  • Payments are collected by Robokassa under an agent agreement. Charges occur automatically on the subscription schedule.
  • We send an email reminder 3 calendar days before each automatic charge.
  • Tenway-points (TW) are an internal bonus currency. They cannot be refunded in cash. You can apply TW to cover up to 90% of any subscription payment.

5. Refunds

Refunds are available within 14 calendar days of payment. The full procedure and review timelines are in section 6 of the Offer. If you don't need a refund but want to stop future charges, cancel from the Subscription screen — that's free and immediate.

6. Account termination

You can delete your account at any time. Data is removed per section 5 of the Privacy Policy (30-day recovery window, then erasure except for data we must retain by law).

We may suspend your account if you breach these Terms, the Offer, or applicable law. You'll be notified by email with the reason.

7. AI and peer-feature disclaimer

The AI coach is an information tool. Its responses are not medical, legal, therapeutic, or financial advice. Any decisions you make based on those responses are your own.

In peer features, feedback from other Ten members is shown to you only in anonymized aggregate form. We do not reveal who said what; no API or interface returns that data to you.

8. Limitation of liability

The operator's aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the last subscription period. We are not liable for lost profits, reputational damage, emotional harm, or any other indirect damage, except where Russian Federation law provides otherwise.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms, the Offer, and the Privacy Policy. Material changes are published on the corresponding pages with a revision date, and for active subscribers, are emailed 14 days before they take effect.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes are heard in the court of the operator's registered place (Republic of Tatarstan). Pre-court dispute resolution is mandatory — file a written claim to acxat1984@mail.ru.
